Customer Relations Management

Course description

This program will assist participants to become more proficient in working for a call center or beginning a career in a call center.

Sessions run 4 weeks, 1-3 hour session per week.

Employment opportunities

Participants would be able to take the certificate of completion to an employer to verify additional training.

Starting salary range

Sales Representative $20,800 – 31,200

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED not required for class.
