HVAC Service Technician

Course description

This program will provide training in A/C, refrigeration and heating to prepare the student for entry level employment or higher employment as an HVAC repair/service technician.

This curriculum is Level I of a two level program. Each level meets for 12 weeks, 2 days per week, offered either day or evenings. Total 72 hours per level

Employment opportunities

HVAC repair companies, apartment complex maintenance departments, and local contractors.

Starting salary range

HVAC Service/repair $8 -- $10/hour

  • HVAC electricity

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED not required for this class.
