Course description

Basic patient care skills taught.

Sessions run 4 weeks totaling 80 hours.

Private duty and assisted living settings.

Starting salary range

  • Direct Care $6 -- $10/hour
  • Care Giver $6 -- $9/hour
  • Home Care Aide $6 -- $9/hour

  • Basic patient care
  • Patient care skills

Requirements

  • Students taking class at Goodwill are required to pretest at Goodwill
  • CPR (AHA) Health Care Provider certifcation before clinical
