Data entry involves typing alphabetic and numerical information into a computer accurately and quickly. Various types of jobs require data entry skills. Among these jobs are receptionist, bank teller, customer service representative, order clerk, and word processors. Individuals in these jobs may also be required to answer the phone, greet customers, and file documents
