In order to remain competitive in the HR field, it’s imperative to be certified. WHY CERTIFY NOW?
As of May 2011 the HR Certification Institute will require HR professionals planning to sit for the PHR/SPHR exams to have a combination of demonstrated work experience and education. These changes in eligibility requirements combined with a changing economy and new laws, makes this the ideal time to pursue certification.

HR CERTIFICATION
Computer-based exams are administered twice a year at test centers throughout the world. Testing centers fill up quickly (particularly at the end of each exam period) so apply and schedule your exam early. If you wait until the exam period starts, you may not be able to schedule an appointment. This rarely happens, but if it happens to you, you may withdraw from the exam and apply for a 50% refund of your exam fee. Please visit www.hrci.org/hrcertification for exam dates.
