  •  A full refund is given if Forsyth Tech cancels a course.
  • A student may get a full registration fee refund for OCCUPATIONAL EXTENSION COURSES if a Request for Refund form is completed and turned in to the Customer Service Center before the first class meeting. A 75% refund can be obtained if the Request for Refund form is turned in before the class has met 10% of its scheduled time.
  • A student may get a full registration fee refund for a SELF-SUPPORT or COMMUNITY SERVICE class(es) by completing and turning in to the Customer Service Center a Request for Refund form one working day (24 hours) before the first class meeting.
  • No refund will be given otherwise.
  • REQUEST FOR REFUND forms are available at the Corporate & Continuing Education Customer Service Center at West Campus on Bolton Street (and must be turned in there), or you may fill out and submit the online Request for Refund form. Courses are designated as either OCCUPATIONAL EXTENSION or SELF-SUPPORT/COMMUNITY SERVICE in Forsyth Tech's SCHEDULE OF COURSES.
  • Refunds are generally mailed within four to six weeks of receipt of the REQUEST FOR REFUND form.
