Business Administration – Global Entrepreneurship

This certificate is designed to introduce students to the various aspects of the free enterprise system, provide a fundamental knowledge of business functions, processes, and an understanding of business organizations in today’s global economy.
Graduates are prepared for employment opportunities in government agencies, financial institutions, and large to small business or industry.
- $15,000 – $25,000/yr. for entrepreneurs in an established agency or institution. Potential earnings for entrepreneurs are unlimited and determined by the success and growth of the startup enterprise.
Course of Study
Course work includes business concepts such as accounting, business law, economics, management, and marketing. Skills related to the application of these concepts are developed through the study of computer applications, communication, team building, and decision making.
Recommended Courses and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong math background (high school algebra strongly recommended) and strong reading comprehension and basic computer skills.

General awareness of the business environment and good decision-making skills. Computer and technology application abilities and adaptability to various work environments.
