How can I find out who my advisor is, and how to contact my advisor?
Students can see who their assigned advisor is in their Techlink account, or check in the Deans’ offices.
Your academic advisor is a faculty member who teaches in your chosen curricula: (Ex: if you are in the Nursing Program, your academic advisor is a faculty member who teaches in the Nursing program) OR a college transfer advisor who works with students enrolled in our college transfer program. Advisors are available to help you plan your course of study while enrolled at Forsyth Tech.
They can send an email to their advisor using Techlink's WebAdvisor. Under the communication category there is the option to E-mail My Advisor(s). A walk through is available in the Techlink Help (for Students) under My Bookmarks on the Techlink homepage.
Full time staff contact information is listed in the Employee Directory under My Bookmarks.
