Housing: Because Forsyth Tech is a commuter campus with no on-campus housing available, international students are expected to make their own housing arrangements. Students can begin apartment searching through the following resources:
Winston-Salem Journal
The Winston-Salem Journal is the local newspaper, and many apartments are listed in the classified section. http://classifieds.journalnow.com/
Apartment Finder
Apartment finder is a national database of available housing. You can do a search by typing in Winston-Salem , NC and the site will display a list of are apartment communities. http://www.apartmentfinder.com/
When looking for apartments, please make sure to be aware of how far the apartment is from the college so that you can make any necessary travel accommodations.
