Forsyth Tech’s Small Business Center at Innovation Quarter is sponsoring the second annual Venture Innovation Café™ Entrepreneurship Mixer on Thursday, September 22, from 2 – 4 pm at 525 Vine Street in Winston-Salem. Events will be held in the 525 Vine Street courtyard, Forsyth Tech Small Business Center and Flywheel co-working innovation space.
The Café is designed to showcase the broad range of community resources available to area small businesses in an effort to accelerate development of entrepreneurship and innovation in Forsyth and Stokes counties.
The event is free, and the public is invited to stop by anytime during the event, which features opportunities to meet and interact with the 21 Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Partners of Forsyth County.
“The huge response we received to our first Venture Innovation Café last year showed us how momentum is building in our community around aligning creative small businesses with innovative business resources,” says Allan Younger, director of Forsyth Tech’s Small Business Center. “Clearly we are meeting a need. Connecting talented start-up entrepreneurs with the experience of our Ecosystem Partners is just one of the ways we can help our local small business owners be successful.”
