3-Hour Electronic Notary Course

eNotary

Certain legal documents, such as property deeds, wills and business agreements, require the impartial signature of a Notary Public. A Notary Public screens signers of important legal documents, confirming identities, and more.

This 3 hour course prepares a valid commission notary public in the state of North Carolina to become a commissioned/appointed eNotary Public. Personal appearances by the principal is still required in electronic notarization.

This class will teach you what you need to know before applying for your eNotary Public Commission.  You must hold a valid commission as a notary public in the state of North Carolina in order to take this class.  The Electronic Notarization Manual is required and available in the Forsyth Tech bookstore. This manual must be purchased and available on the FIRST day of class. Please arrive in class at least 15 minutes prior to start of class in order to allow time for check-in!
