Rhea Witherspoon is a native of Winston-Salem and a graduate of Howard University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Social Worker. Ms. Witherspoon brings over 25 years of solid experience in the field of Human Services to Forsyth Tech Cares Department. She has spent her professional career dedicated to providing hope to individuals by bridging the gap to address numerous social and economic barries that oftentimes interfere with their personal and professional growth. Ms. Witherspoon’s skills and expertise are essential to grow Forsyth Tech Cares Department into a premier holistic student support program.

Peggy Zoellner is originally from Kernersville but also spent time in Seattle, Washington, Charleston, South Carolina and Chapel Hill, NC before graduating high school. Ms. Zoellner currently lives in Winston Salem with her husband, son, stepson, two cats and dog. Ms. Zoellner received her B.A. in Psychology from UNC Charlotte and went on to receive her MSW (Master’s in Social Work) from the Joint MSW program at NC A&T State University and UNC Greensboro. Ms. Zoellner has worked in the field of social work for almost 6 years and is very excited to be a part of the FT Cares Team. Ms. Zoellner is passionate about helping Forsyth Tech students meet their life goals! As a social worker Ms. Zoellner knows that there are many obstacles students face beyond the classroom. Shanta Reddick – email@example.com
Shanta Reddick was born in Wilmington, NC and is a longtime resident of Winston-Salem, NC. She received her degree in Teaching, Schools, and Society with an advocacy focus and a minor in Not-for-Profit Management from Salem College. Ms. Reddick worked in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School District for 20 years prior to becoming a member of the Forsyth Technical Community College family. Ms. Reddick brings with her a sincere passion for helping others and specializes in project planning, family/community outreach, and fundraising.
