This program is designed to offer students an opportunity to take the first two years of a four-year college or university program in the fine arts.

Designed for transfer, not immediate employment. Two-year preparation for fine arts areas including Theater, Theater Education, Music, Music Education, Visual Art, Art Education.

Course of Study

The coursework includes general college transfer classes in English, Mathematics, Natural Science, Computer Applications, Physical Education, and the Social Sciences. Students will also be expected to complete 30 hours of coursework through a combination of Art, Music, and Drama classes. Additionally, ACA 122 College Transfer Success is required.

Recommended Courses and Skills

Completion of or placement above DRE 098 and DMA 080 as well as high-school coursework in either art, drama, or music.
