Learn the art and science of brewing! Participants (must be 21+ years) will learn the basics–from equipment and ingredients to cleaning and sanitation. This hands-on course concludes with brewing both an extract and an all grain batch of beer.
Registered students must present a valid photo ID on the first night of class.

Explore language classesGet an insider’s view on French language and culture! Taught by an experienced college professor who lived and worked in Paris for thirty years, the class will emphasize pronunciation, vocabulary and reading skills, plus some basic grammar.
Push your language skills to the next level and prepare for an upcoming trip–this course will help you gain a deeper understanding of the French language, both written and verbal.
Designed as both an introduction to the Italian language and to help those planning to travel to Italy, this 8-week course will cover pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary useful for visiting major destinations of interest.
Combine learning about Italian food with learning to speak basic Italian. While NOT a cooking class, this course will be centered around learning basic Italian and discussing the preparation of simple Italian dishes, the kitchen, and the tools and utensils used.
Learn finger spelling while building basic vocabulary and conversation signs. The goals for this class are to become familiar with ASL and gain an understanding of the deaf world.
