Steps for Special Credit Enrollment

ATTENTION: Students who do not intend to complete a degree, diploma or certificate from Forsyth Technical Community College should apply as “Special Credit/Non-Degree Seeking” students.  Forsyth Tech assumes no responsibility for determining a student’s course selection when the credits are to be transferred elsewhere.  It is the special credit student’s responsibility to confirm course transferability.  It is assumed that advising is done with the visiting student’s home institution.

Find Your Classes

Search offered courses. Note any requirements (“Requisite Courses”) that must be taken in order to enroll in desired course.

Do You Meet Requirements?

Check with your university to confirm that the course you are requesting is equivalent to the course you need.

Submit Your Request Form

Complete the course request form and upload any necessary unofficial transcript and/or test scores.

Get Your TechID

You must have a TechID account to access your Forsyth Tech email, Techlink, and other online services.
