Forsyth Tech offers a childcare center and two grants to assist students with their childcare needs.

Carol L. Danforth Lab School

A 5-Star Licensed Childcare Facility for ages 3-5. The Danforth Lab School is located on Forsyth Tech’s Main Campus with enrollment open to students, employees and the community.

NCCC Childcare Grant

The North Carolina Community College Childcare Grant Program was established by the North Carolina General Assembly to assist student-parents with their childcare needs.

CCAMPIS Grant

The Child Care Access Means Parents in Schools (CCAMPIS) Program is an amazing opportunity for parents who are pursuing degrees at Forsyth Technical Community College. This program can help pay a percentage of your childcare costs in a licensed facility.

Emergency Childcare Support

Forsyth Tech offers short-term emergency aid and long-term childcare support through two grant programs. Emergency aid is available to students who need childcare support. If you are having difficulties paying for childcare and are an enrolled student at Forsyth Tech, please complete the form below.
