Fall Fest
• This section features photography by co-editor Chris Varney, picturing students enjoying Forsyth Tech’s Fall Festival.
Study Away with Forsyth Tech
• Co-editor Lanie Ferrell recounts her study away trip from this past summer to Bundoran, Ireland. She speaks on how beneficial it was for her to travel to a different country, as it helped shape her worldview and allowed her to learn more about herself and a new culture she had not been previously exposed to. Lanie encourages students to participate in the next study away trip happening from June 24 – July 4, this time in Costa Rica.
What Is the Student Government Association?
• This section shines a light on the Student Government Association (SGA). Members of the SGA explain why they joined and why they believe their fellow students should also get involved and explore all the opportunities Forsyth Tech has to offer.

• Connor Walters, SGA President, introduces himself and speaks on his and the SGA’s goals for the year.
House of Cards
• House of Cards (HoC) is a tabletop game store located in Winston-Salem. This section speaks on the 10th annual Depression and Bipolar Support alliance fundraising event and the HoC as a whole, highlighting the opportunity for community and fun at the store.
Esports Program Gears Up for Another Season
• Forsyth Tech’s Esports program had a successful start in the Spring of 2025 and plans to continue growing. Students are encouraged to sign up and suggest games they’d like to play competitively. The program plans on inviting universities to compete against them in the future and to continue competing in the National Junior College Athletics Association Esports (NJCAAE) league.
Intervarsity
• This section highlights both the CRU club and Intervarsity. CRU club is a Christian club at Forsyth Tech that partners with both CRU and Intervarsity, two intercampus Christian organizations. The CRU club meets in the Tech building on Wednesdays from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m.

• This section features student art, an essay and a short story.
