Forsyth Tech is proud to announce that Dr. Paula Dibley, Chief Officer of Student Success and Strategic Innovation and Chief of Staff, has been selected to serve as an Expert Educator with the National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE) as part of the CareerX Accelerator.

The CareerX Accelerator, powered by NCEE and Britebound, brings together education leaders and innovators from across the country to collaborate on advancing career-connected learning. The program focuses on developing and scaling new solutions that help learners better navigate pathways to meaningful careers. 

Through her role as an Expert Educator, Dibley will engage with forward-thinking leaders and education technology innovators, contributing her experience while also gaining insights that can strengthen student success initiatives at Forsyth Tech.

The National Center on Education and the Economy is a nonprofit organization focused on improving education systems through research, collaboration, and policy development. Its CareerX Accelerator reflects a growing national effort to align education with workforce needs through stronger partnerships between educators, employers, and innovators. 

Dibley’s selection places Forsyth Tech among a national network of institutions contributing to the future of career-focused education. Her participation will help ensure the college remains engaged in emerging strategies that support student success and workforce readiness.
