IT – Artificial Intelligence
Associate Degree in Applied Science
What You’ll Learn
An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) program in Artificial Intelligence moves beyond simply using AI tools to equipping students with the skills to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems. Students develop a foundational understanding of machine learning (ML) algorithms, neural networks (NN), and large language models (LLMs), enabling them to create models rather than rely on prebuilt solutions. Through hands-on projects, learners gain experience in data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment, as well as exposure to frameworks and programming languages commonly used in AI development. This applied approach ensures graduates are not just consumers of AI technology, but emerging developers who can contribute to building innovative, real-world AI solutions across industries.
